1、按下運行鍵，電機不轉。

1)運行方式設定錯誤，即運行方式在外控端子情況下，用面板操作起動或運行方式操作器情況下，用外控端子進行起動。

1) Error in setting operation mode, i.e. when the operation mode is in the case of external control terminal, when the panel operation is used to start or when the operation mode operator is in the case, the external control terminal is used to start.

2)頻率指令太低或沒設定。

3)外圍接線錯誤，如二線制、三線制接線及有關參數設定有誤。

4)多功能輸入端子設定錯誤。

5)變頻器在故障保護狀態。

2、機械有振動或轟鳴聲

2. Mechanical vibration or roar

1)機械系統的振動頻率與載波發生共振，調整載波，避開共振點。

1) The vibration frequency of the mechanical system resonates with the carrier wave, and the carrier wave is adjusted to avoid the resonance point.

2)機械系統的振動頻率與變頻器輸出頻率發生共振。

2) The vibration frequency of mechanical system resonates with the output frequency of frequency converter.

a.設置跳躍功能，避開共振點。

A. Set up jump function to avoid resonance point.

b.在電機底板上設置防震橡膠。

B. Install shock-proof rubber on the motor floor.

3、電機減速太慢

3. Motor deceleration is too slow

1)減速時間設定太長，減小減速時間。

1) The deceleration time is set too long to reduce the deceleration time.

2)加裝制動電阻。

2) Install brake resistance.

3)加直流制動。

3) Add DC brake.

4、電機過熱

4. Motor overheating

1)負載太大，實際力矩已超過馬達的設定轉矩，建議增大馬達容量。

1) The load is too large, the actual torque has exceeded the set torque of the motor, so it is suggested to increase the capacity of the motor.

2)環境溫度太高，在溫度較高的環境下，電機會燒壞請降低電機周圍溫度。

2) The ambient temperature is too high. In the high temperature environment, the motor will burn out. Please lower the ambient temperature of the motor.

3)電機的相間耐壓不足。

3) insufficient inter-phase voltage withstanding of motors.

5、風機起動時，變頻器檢出過流失速

5. When the fan starts, the frequency converter detects the excessive loss speed.

1)起動時，風機處于轉動無序狀態，請設置起動時直流制動。

1) When starting, the fan is in disorder of rotation. Please set DC brake when starting.

2)已設定起動時直流制動，請增大直流制動值。

2) DC brake has been set when starting, please increase the value of DC brake.

6、參數不能設定

6. Parameters cannot be set

1)密碼鎖定，請解密后再設定。

1) The password is locked. Please decrypt it and set it again.

2)變頻器運行中。

2) Frequency converter in operation.

3)接插件連接異常，數字操作器通訊異常，斷電后將操作器取下，重裝上去試一下。

3) The connection of the plug-in is abnormal, and the communication of the digital operator is abnormal. After power failure, remove the operator and reinstall it for a try.
