按通用變頻器連續運行折算為2—3年就要更換一次風扇，直接冷卻風扇有二線和三線之分，二線風扇其中一線為正ji，另一線為負ji，更換時不要接錯。

四線電扇除開正、負級外也有一條檢測線，拆換時干萬留意，不然會造成通用變頻器超溫警報。溝通交流電扇通常為220V、380V之分，拆換時額定電壓不必弄錯。

濾波電容又稱電解電容，其主要作用就是平滑直流電壓，吸收直流中的低頻諧波，它的連續工作產生的熱量加上通用變頻器本身產生的熱量都會加快其電解液的干涸，直接影響其容量的大小。

The filter capacitor is also called electrolytic capacitor. Its main function is to smooth DC voltage and absorb low-frequency harmonics in DC. The heat generated by its continuous operation and the heat generated by the universal frequency converter itself will accelerate the drying up of its electrolyte, which directly affects its capacity.

通常情況下電容器的使用期為5年。提議歷年定期維護電容器容積一回，通常其容積降低百分之20左右應拆換。
